Patch & Paint Bros ("we," "us," "our") operates this website to show our drywall and painting work and let visitors request a free estimate. This page explains what information the site actually collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you choose to type into the Free Estimate form:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- ZIP code
- Preferred contact method (text, call, or email)
- Which services you're interested in
- A description of your project
We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to respond to your estimate request. This site does not have user accounts, does not process payments, and does not ask for sensitive personal information.
How we use it
Information submitted through the form is used only to respond to your request — to contact you about your project, provide an estimate, and (if you hire us) schedule and complete the work. Submitting an estimate request does not sign you up for a mailing list or marketing emails. If we ever add marketing communications, that will be a separate, clearly-labeled opt-in — never automatic.
How the form actually works
Submitting the Free Estimate form sends your information directly through this website to Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which delivers it to Patch & Paint Bros by email. You stay on this website the whole time — nothing opens your own email app. Formspree processes and briefly retains submissions under its own privacy practices in order to deliver them to us; see Formspree's privacy policy for how they handle that.
Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics (described below), which may set cookies to help distinguish visitors. Beyond that, the only outside resources this site loads are Google Fonts (to display the site's typefaces) and Formspree (to deliver estimate-form submissions, described above). Loading a font involves your browser making a request to Google's servers, which may see your IP address as part of that request — the same as loading any font from a website. We don't use Google Fonts for tracking, and no advertising or retargeting cookies are set by this site.
Analytics & tracking
This website uses Google Analytics to understand overall visit traffic — things like how many people visit, which pages they view, and roughly where visitors come from (for example, Instagram, TikTok, or a Google search). This is aggregate, visitor-pattern data, not anything used to identify you personally or to advertise to you elsewhere. We don't use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, retargeting tools, or any other advertising tracking. Third parties
We do not sell or rent your information. The outside services involved in this website are Google Analytics (described above), Google Fonts (described above, doesn't receive your form submissions), and Formspree, which processes your estimate-request submission solely so it can reach Patch & Paint Bros.
How long we keep it
Patch & Paint Bros keeps submitted estimate requests for as long as needed for our own project and job records. Formspree also retains a copy of each submission in its dashboard under its own data-retention practices. You can ask us to delete any information you've sent us at any time.
